What you'll do
- Analyze client data environments and business processes
- Design and develop AI agents on Brix
- Data integration, RAG pipelines, and system integration
- Set up Observability and hand off operations
- Maintain and adapt when models change
What you need
- Ability to learn the latest AI frameworks and technologies quickly
- Development skills in Python / TypeScript
- Ability to define and solve problems through direct client communication
- Adaptability and flexibility in unfamiliar domains
Nice to have
- Rust experience or interest
- LLM / RAG pipeline building experience
- On-premise / air-gapped environment experience
- Agent framework experience (claude-agent-sdk, LangChain, etc.)
- Vector DB experience (Qdrant, etc.)
